  • Custom DTG orders: 3–7 business days

  • In-stock apparel and sneakers: 1–3 business days

Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier and destination.

Order Delays

Production and shipping times are estimates. Calm Fitz is not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, shipping carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Calm Fitz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with filing a claim or finding a resolution.
